The expected payment on the property looks very inexpensive compared to prices today. It looks like a great value for anyone looking for a home in East Ridge.

If I were in the market to buy right now, I would be interested in taking it as a investment but I can't buy anything right now.
Someone will end up getting a nice home if they buy your place.
