If you are not personally familiar with the OL's in Chattanooga or this region then I think you need not have an opinion. I have enough common sense to know that there is good and bad in every society. There is a reason that most arrested were no longer associated with the MC. The few that are associated has minor charges. I don't know of anyone that is so pure that they can cast a stone.
I have no idea how things were handled years ago in this club but I am greatly aware of how they are handled now. Women are given the UPMOST RESPECT!! They do not go looking for trouble or bully anyone. They have jobs, families and great friends. Unless you know something for a fact.... Shut Up !!!yea just because these ex-members that no longer associate were arrested at clubhouse in raid means nothing at all

You need to get your facts straight before you go blowing out that pie hole of yours! The majority of them were NOT at the clubhouse at the time of their arrests... And common sense would tell you the ex-members would NOT be there at all!

Sorry, I am not a minor. Also, by they way I have never or never will smoke crack rock. Aren't we a little narrow minded on our preconseptions of people! Just like in society there are good and bad. So sould I judge you on the bad things that those in your society do?

We are all part of the same society though there are many subcultures within our society. However when it comes to crime in general, it is disproportionate amongst some subcultures in comparison to society as a whole. Because many anti-social philosophies and cultural norms govern the 1%er biker communities behaviors and deeds, it certainly appears that they would fall into that category. At least it is fair to say that prosocial motives are prosocial actions are often not their goal.

No one was arrested at the clubhouse. Just so everyone knows!! People need to stop judging. Only someone that is perfect can judge. Complete strangers believing everything they read is not the correct thing to do.
This has nothing to do with 1%er news. Its strictly trying to be the best person possible. Judging and condemning a stranger is not accomplishing that.

I agree with you, but I don't think it is about judging individuals. I think it's about judging the organizations as a whole. Because of the criminology of the 1%er clubs the inevitable cost to society is enormous. In fact, the cost to the state for housing just one inmate alone is between $18,000.00 and $31,000.00 thousand per year. Who do you think pays for that? That would be you and me, and anyone else in this country paying taxes.

But the real cost is to themselves, their families and their victims. Not to mention, those they addict to their drugs, and those whose lives they steal for the purpose of monetary gain. Obviously that cost comes by way of human suffering...and that people, is incalculable.

Just my opinion... The Outlaw Mc's are no saints but only 5 arrested were active members, the rest were either x-outlaws, x-probates that never made it in or members of another MC. All arrest were made outside the Chattanooga clubhouse. Lil-R charged with child porn is a x-Outlaw and if he were active in the club with child porn charges based on actual facts, the club would serve a quicker and cheaper justice on him than any court. They hate crimes against children.(Thank you AOA for saving our tax dollars the gov. steals everyday.)
If were going to say every Outlaw MC is the same as the ones arrested then that would mean our entire Hamilton county police dept. are criminals.
Sheriff Billy Long lieutenant of Hamilton co. sheriff's department was arrested and entered guilty pleas to 27 counts, including extortion, money laundering providing a gun to a felon and drug trafficking. Does this mean the entire police dept. was involved and are criminals? If so you better support the AOA and join some local club...
Randall Thomas Hollifield, 45, is accused of raping a child. He is a youth minister at the New Beverly Baptist Church in Knoxville. When police searched his home, they found over 3,000 images of child pornography on his computer.
Do you think the entire congregation is into child pornography and molestation?
This is a must read: A federal grand jury in Cleveland charged DEA Agent Lee Lucas, 41, in an 18-count indictment that accuses him of perjury, making false statements and violating three people's civil rights.
The charges stem from a drug sting in Mansfield that led to the arrests of 26 people in 2005. Lucas led a DEA task force that used DEA informant Jerrell Bray to make undercover drug buys and help scoop up drug dealers. Seventeen people were setup and WRONGLY charged, according to the indictment, DEA agent Bray intentionally misidentified people he bought drugs from and purposely staged scripted phone calls with friends, making the conversations sound as if he was setting up drug deals. hmm very interesting read the rest at:

Our government is corrupt people should form clubs, brotherhoods, sisterhoods whatever you choose because everyone needs backup "No one man can stand alone in this world."
Criminals arresting criminals.
Lets not forget that as of right now all 15 people arrested are "Innocent until proven guilty."

You are kidding right? Oh this one is just rich. Where do I begin…..? Why don't we take an inventory of how many 1%er club members have criminal records, and then compare that numbers to just how many members of law enforcement have criminal records? Let’s see how many career criminals, rapists, pimps, traffickers, thieves, drug distributors, drug manufacturers, and violent felons are in the ranks of law enforcement. Oh and sometime two and three time, loser felons.

Your point is not just moot but ridiculous. You see, your club of not so upstanding pirates would have no problem admitting a felon to their ranks. You would never find a similar situation in the law enforcement community. You get a felony on your record and you are booted out. Case closed.

Further, if one of the brothers knew another one had committed a crime, would he turn him over for prosecution? Go and help the victim, make restitution. Hell no. Oh he might hide his brother, intimidate the witnesses, the club would pay his bills for him, his legal fees, make his bail. And of course they would support his family if he were in the slammer. In other words the club would is happy to give comfort and support to their felons... and they do it every friggen day. What does that tell you? It should tell you that crime is common place, accepted and expected.

What you are doing is what I have seen done on this forum over and over again. Personal responsibility is a foreign concept. Hey, he did it to… so what I did, shouldn’t matter. Deflection, deflection, deflection, it’s a game you all love to play. Let’s just see how well that tactic works for those arrested when they are standing before the judge.

I can’t count the amount of times someone here has said, they’re not boy scouts, they’re not choir boys, and they’re no angels.(No pun intended) All, nothing more than excuses for bad behavior, it’s the numbers baby. It goes on and on. You don’t have to be gifted to do the math on this one.

Now your point about men standing alone, any man that can’t stand on his own in this world, needs to go and collect his testicles, from the jar on the self and burn them, because they aren’t doing him a bit of good. They’re just taking up space.

I believe in living inside the legal limits of the law. And I do. But if they are so very bad why would it take 2 years to get any charges on them ? I feel that our country and the people of authority are getting way to big for there britches. They had that one other time and I think they were called the Gestapo of SS. That is the way this country is heading. It wasnt the Outlaws that comitted the crimes it was the individual that comitted the crimes. Do the police go after the Blue Knights and the other LEO MCs ? Uh NO ! I have not tried to infiltrate them but I have personally seen cops break the very laws they arrest people for, so are they guilty of RICO ? I use to date a girl that once lived with a DEA Agent named Mike who kept a kilo of cocaine in his bedroom and called it his retirement fund. I think they should be held to the same rules as those they are trying to screw over with bullshit ! Ever get a ticket and then see a police car fly by you obviously breaking the speed limit with NO emergency lights on. They are breaking it, just cause they can. So who is better the cops being criminals or the criminals being law abiding citizens ? Odd aint it ! So dont preach to me hypocrites !

Quicksand you are so wrong and if you are a cop you know it.I was raised by a family of cops. And they cover each others backs and wrong doings tighter that any bike club does.Fact of the matter is my father was running for sheriff in a Tennessee county but dropped out of the race because all the corruption he witnessed. The incumbent sheriffs criminal contacts started trying to pay him too, so he left the campaign. There is good and bad in all groups. It is just the way the human race is.So is it right to judge the whole group by one bad apple? If that is the case then your a criminal too!See now how that sucks? If someone was involved with child porn by all means throw his ass under the jail, better yet just put him in it and the convicts will do what you cant.If you catch someone selling cocaine by all means they need to be in jail.I am actually in favor of law enforcement but not RICO because it is to often not fair to people that has broken no laws themself.Like you for instance, have you broken any law?I seriously doubt it but people who wear the same badge has,so does that make you just as criminal?

Oh just one more point to ponder. If the government is successful at establishing some kind of RICO crap on the Outlaws and or any or all MCs.What have you done? You just made it to where they blend in with the rest of the bikers out here.Because there will no longer be an indentifying patch on their back.Would seem to me that would make them more dangerous and harder to pin down. Also other bikers would not know what group to be leary of and more innocent people could get hurt because they could be at a rally and walk right into a group they had no idea was even there. So what is the point? So if your goal is to protect and serve. Then you can protect the innocents by letting all clubs keep the patches so the innocents know who to shy away from.I do not fear them cause they have no reason to fear me.They pretty much keep to themselves actually.I know there are a lot of over zealous cops that like to go home a jerk off to gangland shows. But seriously all that crap is HISTORY!Most clubs try to operate legally cause they know it is a no win situation fighting a monster that has no boundries and a government that will take their word over anyones(as it was told to me by an investigater"My word in court is beyond reproach and is not questioned no matter what I say, they believe me 1st." end of quote.I am just an American that loves his country but sees the government is more to fear than a group of bikers wearing pacthes on a vest!Look at all the government does to us on a daily basis. They let our country fill up with illegals aliens and will do NOTHING about it.Entering our country without permission is a federal offence.Yet does the government care?NO!Nancy Pelosi will not let them be deported because she dont want to displace families, but yet you have no problem displacing a family cause you catch a kid with a bag of weed.Aiding and abedding a fugitive is a crime but does the government stop employers from hiring illeagls?NO because big business pays them big money under the table not to, because they are driving down the overall wage in this country and ruining our economy.Do you take that crime as serious as you do a bunch of bikers that wear patches? Now who hurts our country more? The mexicans swimming the river everyday and the corrupt government that allows it, or a bunch of old party animals wearing vest?Come on we ALL know the answer to that!If you want to actually do some good then go after the real criminals that hurt our people every single day.How many illegal mexicans are wanted by the law, that just slip back across the border? How many of our people have to get killed by them before you get off your ass and do what really needs to be done?As a law abiding citizen I have the right to effect an citizens arrest on any individual I think has comitted a crime. As the illegals do everyday. But what do you think would happen if I actually started picking them up and taking them to jail saying they are here illegaly and need to be deported.I would go to jail!Get off your ass and actually do something worth while!

And let me remind you too according to the news, a wilson county deputy was arrested 2 weeks ago for raping a 13 year old. From my point of view they got to bust someone to keep the heat off theirselves. Also according to the news there was a deputy sheriff down that way that got busted for making meth..am i right?

I have pretty well kept up with this. I want you guys to know you will NOT be able to do away with the M/C charters. I be long to ABATE and we are the ones on the hill trying to protect the motorcycle riders everytime they meet. If you law enforcement officers do this you will be only hurting yourselves. There are alot of you out there who ride motorcycles whether it is for business or pleasure and we know that car drivers don't give a damn if you are there are not. Quite a few of you have been killed or hurt while having fun or for business. Our Outlaws, Rolling Thunder started ABATE to help protect your ASS as well.
Our schools and churches should be a safehaven for all our children and here lately they have been not. In the past when I was in school,1968, my friend and I were called into the principals office and he would make us do stuff, I want go into detail. This crap with the good folks has been going on for years. I have NEVER been disrespected by ANY of the Outlaws and would never hesitate in ever letting my kids go there. My sons are 18,21, and my daughter is 30. We have visited with them for 10 years. Sorry if I have offended any of you but this is my point of view. And if I have mispelled any words please look over it cause some of you can't spell either...

Free Rider,
I was outta here, but I will give you one more before I go. First and foremost, I am no cop, though I support law and order. Why do you suppose that we have laws, rules, and regulations? I will make it easy for you and answer that question. It is to give society order. That’s what makes it possible for us to tolerate one another. Problem is, in the biker community it’s about the big fish eating the little fish. Don’t believe me? Then just look over the posts that you see on this forum and other 1%er biker forums. The threats are ubiquitous and offered so common place as to be considered habitual. Most of the 1%ers that I have known behave like violent bullies. That is, in between the charity runs that are put on for public consumption.

It seems clear that 1 %er methods are for the most part terror based. Over and over again I have read posts that began with,“You better not say that to their face” or,“We will make our own justice, we will get him ourselves.” Even in one of your own posts you make mention of how bad it would be if patches happened upon one another in a crowd and didn’t know who was who. The reason for that analogy of yours was because you understand their propensity for violence and such understanding is born of experiences with the biker community, isn’t it? I can deduce such because you said it fleetingly and as a matter of fact. Why….because it IS fact…..read on.
