Everyone is innocent until proven Guilty in a court of law. Believe it or not...some, maybe a very few, but some are really innocent, and just a victim of a police trying to be a bas a**!

well, im in the march volume 3 issue of 2011, and im actually excited. sure, not everyone in there is bad, mine says intoxication and theft, but boo hoo, i like to drink, and the theft part is still in court (me fighting it) but shit, not many people are happy to be in it, for sure i wish i wasn't, but im pretty stoked someone took the time to publish it, cuz thats howmy family and all my friends knew where i was, so i got help from them AND they all knew i wasnt dead when i dissappeared for a while

Thank God for innocent until proven guilty - there is a thing as public information as well. I happen to know three people that were all arrested, their pictures publicized and they were found not guilty in the court by a jury of their peers. Personally I am thankful for the publication - it is public awareness for those that know how to think critically and maturely about what they read.

The lady in East Ridge who came up with the idea of republishing mugshots is franchising the publication and is going to become a millionaire. Brilliant. Wish I'd thought of it first.

If you actually read the Constitution it never states anywhere that a person is innocent until proven guilty. It states you have a right to a fair trial.

You are correct MCC, the Constitution does not hold these words, neither does the Bill of Rights, or Declaration of Independence.
Actually this is a "maxim of law" that was set as precedent by a supreme court ruling in 1894, in the case of "Coffin vs U.S."
