First of all he DID NOT proposition her.Therefore there couldn't have been an abuse of power on his part.

u are so right RONALDROE1 . Howrd didn't even have the decency to stand for Captian Henderson and say anything such as "he's been with this dept 19 yrs and been a good officer. thats good that he was a for 19 years hooray for him but he should have thought about his career and family before he gave false statements to the gbi trying to protect his cousin and i do believe howard done his job the right way these men can not be cops anymore because any case they would ever have in the future this would be brought up how they lied to the gbi under oath i do feel sorry for mike because he got himself caught up in this mess like i said before when her name came accross the radio he should have not responded to the call the other officer was in no danger so no need for immediate back up so another cop could have went out there for back up and mike should have stayed away all together
