You are correct, our laws do not define abortion as murder. From your posts I can only deduce that you do. Otherwise why would you use terms like "kill" and ..."tearing apart [an]d unborn baby...". The "God will punish..." part I'll take at face value. We're all entitled to our beliefs. Same with the robber analogy. The next two sentences seem contradictory. "...No one can say... "if you can...". I don't need nor ask for your pity. But, nevertheless I simply do not accept the premiss that all abortions are "...just for the mothers convenience..." nor are they "...just OK."
There are many choices that folks make that may scar them for life. For example: Giving a child up for adoption or volunteering to go to war to slaughter and kill and watch friends be slaughtered and killed. Nobody ever said that any of these, including abortion, are not tough gut wrenching decisions. I know woman who are at peace with their decision to abort a pregnancy.
I think that the diametrically opposing views that you and I express, being absolutely incompatible, are precisely why the decision of wether or not to end a pregnancy has got to be left up to a woman, her doctor and HER god. And NO ONE else.
It may or may not be about politics but politicians sure as hell are the ones making the decisions. It's not necessarily about religion either.
Abortion is far worse than murder, I do not have the words to describe what a truly foul thing it is. You take off on all of this other hide behind stuff and avoid talking directly about abortion and what it is and how an abortion is carried out. This is a typical reaction from the left.
I believe you know it is wrong but you think you are smarter than other people that disagree with you and you can't bring yourself to leave the church of death that the left has built for you. That would make you just another uninformed redneck Christian and not the super intelligent person you think you are.
Abortion is an abomination, a plague on this Country
much like the death camps of World War ll,millions killed, condoned and administered by the State.
Only a very tiny number of abortions are for the health of the mother or rape the vast majority are for convenience and you know that.
Come off your high horse and think about what you are condoning and if you believe in or have any belief in God would he think abortion was "just OK". By what I read God knew you even before you were born and he knew all of the 40 million that are dead.
Even if you don't believe in Heaven or Hell can you not see the horror of an abortion, would you condone killing 40 million 30 second out of the womb baby's?

Can you not see miles and miles and acres and acres of dead baby's and have some feelings for them instead of cold political calculation and a made up term like Women's rights? How about the child's rights.
I hope you and this Country will come to the realization of what you are approving of before millions more are killed.

Oh Please!!!!! Now you're going to assume to know how and what I think based on your world view? I will not concede to your terms because I totally disagree with them. "[M]ade up terms like Woman's rights" ? That's so far out there I can't even begin to respond. Woman have been having abortions since time immemorial (why, even before there was Christianity). When it's illegal they become very dangerous not non existent. Maybe you can answer the original question posed differently. Do you support punishing a woman who has an abortion....on second thought don't bother. Like I said- irreconcilable.....have a nice day.

Abortion worse than murder?

I guess Woman dieing from back alley abortions is okay but, not wanting to bring a child into this world, that is already over populated, and not wanting to bring a child into this world to be thrown up for adoption, where it might not even be adopted is horrid.
You're right.

I was so blind, I mean, the child could be the next Einstein.....or Hitler, but Hitler doesn't matter, let's not focus on the negative side of not allowing woman the right to chose.

I must say, in the land of the "free", I do see a lot of People, who say they love their country, wanting to take rights away from people.

I hope if you're against abortions, you're also against all wars, no matter what, and you're a vegan. Murder is murder, right?

It's a futile argument insofar as persuasion goes. We, pro-choice folks, are perfectly willing to allow them their beliefs and not force abortions on them nor anyone else. They are not willing to do the same. Anti-choice folks insist, indeed would force, women, by law, to remain pregnant against their will. The vast majority believe this based on their particular view of religion. They condemn anyone who thinks differently with wishes of hellfire and damnation. One poster speaking out of both sides of her/his mouth waxes on about how it's not about politics then goes on to accuse me/us of belonging to a liberal "church of death" or of using a typically "liberal" argument. No, any reasonable person wouldn't consider that to be political....now would they?
Many on their side go so far as to consider some forms of contraception to be out of bounds. They (all the way up to the former president) refuse to allow young women (or others for that matter) the ability to learn about or have access to contraception. They do this based, again, on their particular view of their religion.
There are very good reasons why there is and always needs to be a "wall of separation" between church and state.

The whole point is that no one should have the right to make those choices for others. No one can claim to know what a woman is thinking or going through. Women should have the RIGHT!!!!! to make choices concerning her own body, yes folks, even if/when it means ending the life of HER baby. It's the law. Let's hope that it remains so.

I know a ton of intelligent people who most of you wouldn't even think about! What about Tim Howard? Very intelligent man! Or Chris Rampley? Also quite intelligent. David McDaniel, Michael Morgan, Reggie Watson, Carri Sluder down at the Times, Bryant Cochran, all very intelligent people. I'm sure everyone in the county knows someone on this list!

I belive he was sick. He didn't keep working as principal because he needed a heart transplant. He later worked as assistant principal. Then he retired due to health complications. That man was truly intelligent. I don't think you will find many who truly knew him that could argue with that.
