This is totally untrue, I personally spoke with this client 4 times on the phone, I had his Homestead documents sent out to him 3 times, when he asked for a refund it was sent to him the same day via USPS Priority Mail. Thanks everyone. I also received something in the mail from them. Now I know what to do......SHRED IT. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am a true believer in KARMA.

OH, Thanks God that I decided to check on line because this is my first time buying a house and I didn't understand what does this letter mean, I know there are many con artists out there.

I got the letter from TCP, too. I'm glad I got online to check them out. Now, I can put it in the shredder and not think twice.

Pathetic. They use a copy of the Grant Deed to make it look official. Shred it.
