Beyond a doubt the best company I have ever had the opportunity to work with. The staff are the most friendly folks out there. The work is BEYOND OUTSTANDING. I've been in the publishing business for nearly 30 years (that's pre-PC if you are counting). It's so refreshing to see something done RIGHT. They've kept the old school quality and service and combined it with today's modern interfaces. Easy-easy-easy. It was great to read the story. Now I understand a lot more about why PrintRunner works so well. It's a real time-saver for me, and I don't have to worry about shortcuts.

I find this article and its contents disturbing. Zaya claims to put customer service above all else, but nothing in the history of his companies support this fact.

123inkjets.com was fined by The Federal Trade Commission for being dishonest to consumers and misrepresenting its products. A simple google search for "123inkjets" and "FTC" will bring up some interesting results, or lookup 123inkjets (e-babylon) on consumeraffairs.com )

Printrunner.com will soon face similar scenarios, in my opinion, given their dishonest methods of selling consumer information to 3rd parties.

The writer of this article should not put Mr. Zaya and his partners on such a high pedestal, given that they got there through dishonest means and consumer fraud.
