Three men sentenced after attempted robbery

Three Watervliet men were sentenced to 1-3 years in state prison after pleaded guilty to an attempted drug theft, Albany County District Attorney David Soares said.

3 young lives ruined, thought they were to smart to get caught..Never will be able to get a good job, its too bad. Maybe a sign would be there facebook pages, pix full of drinking...Vliet kids r getting bad

they're all over 21, who cares if they have pictures of them drinking. and just because 3 kids from watervliet got arrested doesnt mean the whole city has gone bad

wow I thought they would be the last people to do that. I used to go to school with them and I never seen them get in much trouble.

true...but u have 2 arrested in albany for a fight and in April and snet to jail, 2 more for arson last year all around the same age...These r cocky white boys who think they r above the law....

It's hilarious that we call 24 year old's kids and charge people Unlawfully dealing with a Child if you sell beer to a 20 year old.

Maybe that's the problem right there, stop treating adults like little kids.

When we were kids we got all our drinking and partying out of our system at 15 bfore we could drive and had older kids teach us to drink in moderation.

I know all 3 of them... its the city and the life style.. They are adults who choose there actions let them deal with there consequence and maybe learn a good lesson!
