Bus drivers for NJ teens' trip face drunken driving charges in Vermont

Left, Vladimir Ignatovich, 46, of Staten Island, N.Y., had a blood alcohol content of 0.092 percent at 8 a.m. Saturday at the Killington Ski Area, while Aleksey Gerasimov, 37,also of Staten Island, had an blood alcohol level of 0.043 percent, according to the Vermont Motor Vehicle Department.

Who is at fault here? The Russians for doing what comes naturally or the bus company for not screening their employees? It shows that someone is doing their job,because they were caught in the act! Now it is the courts turn!
