I checked out a new business called AJAY's Fitness and was pleasantly surprised. It is like an intimate boutique setting providing a ROM machine offering a full fitness program in just 4 minuets a day. These machines are fitness and sports experts all over the nation and usually only offered in high end gyms and we have one here in our own town with easy access.
The setting isn’t pretentious, it is in a home style building on 2nd avenue, and there are no walls of mirrors, gym bunnies or machines forcing you to exhibit embarrassing positions. Because the fitness program only takes 4 minuets there is no need to bother changing clothes or showering at the site. I met the owner, a local who understands the difficulties of committing to a daily exercise program in a modern machine driven gym / meat market and offers this unique alternative. Prices are low and results are high. It is great for women, men and families. P.S. They also offer a full line of Herbalife health and beauty products. |

People are always looking for a quick fix. It has been shown time and time again that the faster you take the weight off, the easier it is to put back on. The key is to burn more calories than one is consuming. How difficult is that for people to figure out? I have been working out for years, through pregancies and all. I honestly don't see how 4 minutes a day would help one lose weight or even maintain. But, more power to those who find that it works. |

I see there are some who doubt and I used to before I started going. There is no gimic or majic pill and there is no easy way to do it. It is a true exercise program and is used by many in the Sports Medicine field and by many athletes. You can research the ROM machine online and decide for yourself or you can stop by AJAY’s and ask to try it for free.
The four minuets you spend daily are equal to 45 mins of aerobic exercise (this burns calories). It is designed to tone you inside and out. It doesn’t work overnight and there is no claim that it does. If you commit and go five days a week you will notice a difference. After three months my sister has better results than I do. She has lost 20 pounds and gone down three dress sizes. It took you a few mins to post your response, why don’t you allow another four minuets to try it. Can’t hurt. |

Mejallen,
Best of luck with your business. It sounds like something a lot of us need, even though we may not admit it. Either way, exercising even a little can't be bad for you. I would suggest posting on other websites, forums, and blogs though. If you'll read through some of the topic of this particular site over the last year or so, you'll find mostly negative jabs from conspiracy theorists who go by numerous names. In fact, I even tried the new name this time just to make it fun. Nevertheless, you'll most-likely find it difficult to get a good word across here, although it does happen every so often. Best of luck... |

After more than 20 years of regular exercise and training with pro lifters, I learn one single truth, "no pain, no gain", but go ahead lazy people, hopefully you get in shape with 4 minutes a day...

To: XTiger If that something people need, why don't you try it and then you pass your experience? By the way, we know who you are now, we tracked your ISP. We knew all the time that you are a "city official" trying to post as a regular citizen. That's why your comments about the local government don't have any value in here, they are and will be only "bias"... |

Robert...
Why the anger, the sarcasm, and all that. That's what I'm talking about it. How can you seriously find hate-filled commentary in 'we all could use some exercise'? By the way Mr. OX, I have seen you at the Y from time to time...just sayin. Now, let's get to your statement about me being a "city official". First of all, if you really knew who I was you'd know how friggin' ridiculous that sounds. It's really hilarious. But anyway, I'll play along. In fact, you'll find in all of your research that I don't disagree with you all that much about the City stuff, just that you're so dang negative about things. I don't care what you talk about, but have some good supportive stuff to go with it. That's what makes blogging fun. Not the conspiracies, and stuff like that. I happen to think there are A LOT of reasons that Corsicana ain't Waxahachie or Ennis, and A LOT of those reasons are not just because the City. Then you go to the same thing that you've accused several others. If anyone says anything that isn't about the City being the anti-christ, then their "city officials". That's just ignorant. Now let's talk about your illegally tracking my ISP. Do we really want to go there? In fact, if you really know who I am, why don't you put it all on here. Don't be skeerd. That's because you don't, and you didn't, and you're just trying to spread propaganda and be a bully. It don't work like that. Do you really think JB would think much of you for doing such things? |

To Mr. Xtiger: Every time we criticize the city actions you call us negative. We have praise a very few things that we believe the city officials have done right (like the comment we made defending the new entrances to the city). You keep saying that is only one person posting, whatever… We are a group of people (investors) unhappy with the city actions; we have been attacked directly and indirectly by the city officials. Conspiracies, if you don’t know who are these people and how they operate in Corsicana by now, then, I really feel sorry for you because you are totally disconnected from reality. Let me tell you something my friend, politicians are public figures, they are “public servants”, they are obligated to serve and protect the community. Their wrong actions are public actions and can be and should be exposed so people know the reality and they can make sure that in the next election they can remove them. If they decide to be politicians then their actions will be observed and exposed. Topix is a public forum, if you decide to post, then your information is public, so don’t you try to intimidate me about “illegal tracking”. You post in this public forum then your comment is public. We have not criticized the public "personal lives of these politicians"; we criticize their "public servant actions". If you don’t like our opinions don’t read them. We will praise only whatever is worth of praising and will mercilessly criticize the wrong actions of these public individuals. On the other side, I will tell you to be careful, you are trying to expose details of a "personal life" (By the way Mr. OX, I have seen you at the Y from time to time...just sayin.) and that is totally illegal. You accuse us of posting using different names, well, what about you, do you think we are the only ones posting that way? We are not that dumb to believe that you are just posting with one name. |

Let's see. I actually agree with most of the stuff you just said, like I have a lot of other stuff in the past. However, I'd like to see some other topics than negative ones, and I really don't care about the city one way or the other, so I get pretty bored with those too.
As far as "illegal tracking"... You're right that everything on here is open to the public, and there are also ways of finding IP addresses that are legal. However, when you start finding the personal information from those IP addresses, that is illegal. I'm enough of a computer geek to know that. So in a nutshell, don't say things like "we know who you are now, we tracked your ISP", and not expect for people to react the way they do. I'm not exposing anything that is not available on the internet. Here again, open information. The internet has A LOT of stuff that is accessible to the public. Personal information from IP addresses is not legal. Posting in other names. You're absolutely right that I have been posting in other names. I started doing that when other people started posting under XTiger (the name that I had registered with). So, I started using names like "XTigers Alter_Ego", and "XTiger the Magnificent" as a mockery. |
