Vehicle entrapment drowning takes hundreds of lives each year. Mr. Fontaine, tried as hard as he could to get out of the vehicle to no avail. www.escapetip.com displays an idea that would put a simple, inexpensive, effective glass break tool at the end of seatbelts in vehicles. This would allow people Like Mr. Fontaine the chance to break free of the vehicle and save themselves.
