Bill from Mr. Response came down to update a dangerous Federal Pacific electric panel. He was very thorough and polite and courteous. He also had no issue with me watching the work. He answered all the questions I had. When the work was finished, he cleaned the debris from the area and even offered to move my dryer back!

Former electrical contractor of 13 years. Went to work for Mr.Electric , lasted 1 week. There prices are about 3 times what any honest contractor would charge. There price book is pathetic, they wanted me to charge $825.00, to install mount for flat screen tv, that's no added outlet, or relocation of tv jack , and that's installing mount customer supplies! A single pole 15 amp breaker they by for about $3.25 at there suppy house, they want $175.00 to install. You are paying for there marketing material and that cute mat they put at your doorstep and the fake smile. They tell you to enter customers house, than rip the electrical system apart, making a huge list. This is the last company on Earth to call if need electrical help.

Also make sure the electrician has an electrical card to do the work. Where I was at they had some apprentices that looked like Mormons, who they sent out by themselves , illegal.

I implore you to NOT HIRE these jokers. They have a terrible rep in the community, and get most of their work due to the huge ads they post in the phone book, and fake Yahoo and GOOGLE reviews. DO NOT HIRE THEM, they are super expensive and poor quality.

Charge me $140.40 for coming to my home for maybe 5 minutes. That is with 10 percent coupon. I feel they overcharged me. They just pressed reset button.
