It is clear that the Republicans on the Electoral Board have acted as miscreants - or ought of outlandish ignorance - it is not even common sense to copy documents of this sort without explicit written permission - and therefore these Republican members ought to be removed!
From Electoral Board website:
"The Albemarle County Electoral Board is a three-member body established in accordance with Article II, Section 8 of the Constitution of Virginia and Section 24.2-106 of the Code of Virginia. The Electoral Board is responsible for the appointment of the General Registrar and for the adminstration of all federal, state, and local elections held within the locality. The Board is composed of two members representing the political party of the current Virginia Governor and one member of the party receiving the second-highest number of votes for that office.
As of February 2, 2012, the Albemarle County Electoral Board members are:
James M. Heilman - Chairman
Alan W. Swinger - Vice Chairman
Clara Belle Wheeler - Secretary

To bring up voter fraud as a valid concern for any agency is a fraud unto itself. Very few people have been found guilty of voter fraud across the whole nation, this is crying wolf for political gain. Shame.

I have seen one of the election officials in North Garden keep a separate list of who has voted, and then go out and call the Democrats who have not shown up to come and vote.
I would say that is illegal.
If you want to check, come to Red Hill School on election day.

Either report to the authorities, and not by internet chat post or whatever this is called, or it didn't happen.

That should actually be law for all voters.

Civic duty should be the law.
Mandate everyone to vote, or pay a penalty, er, I mean a fee, no, a tax!
Also make the polling period last a week until everyone casts their vote.
Put voting up on the internet to make it easy.

Everyone knows that if the entire population voted, then we wouldn't have had to waste any money campaigning this season.

You are referring to a Poll Watcher, not an election official. That's the Poll Watchers' job. Election Officials are not allowed to leave the polling place till after it's all over.
