JAUNT Considering Park and Ride Option

JAUNT is considering a new route to make commuting easier for people in Crozet. Jaunt is a regional transportation system that provides service to the disabled, as well as the general public.

Park and Ride is a GREAT IDEA! I would think there are a number of areas that could/would use the service such as Lake Monticello, Stony Point (Rt. 20 North) perhaps Scottsville and/or North Garden. I live at Stony Point and would gladly pay a weekly or monthly fee for timely, dependable service.

And don't forget those folks who live along North 29 - Forest Lakes, Ruckersville, etc. We'd gladly consider riding a bus if it would cut down on commuting expenses and traffic on 29.
