Environmentalists plan a court challenge to the state air board's approval of a new coal-fired power plant in far southwest Virginia.

private equity corp Blackstone.

Typical EnvirWacco psycobabble. Doing what they do best raising the cost of everything by wanting absolutely NO progress. The cost of oil/gas etcetera isn't high enough for them, so now they are suing to stop construction of a Coal fired electrical plant. We wouldn't need as much electricity if they would stop suing everybody, the courts could shut down 1000's of PC's and Courtroom lights if they did.
