Hmmmmm. Notice the sign touting the development is gone...The grass is all grown up...nothing seems to be happening with thr Beryhill project and another development slated for the corner of Morehesd & Freedom seems to have fallen to the wayside...Lotta' talk about revitaliing the west side but the city has over a century of thumbing its nose at us. I still can't forget Phat McCrory referring to the westside as a "corridor of trash." Don't hold your breath, westsiders!

The market has made the conclusion that there is not enough return in investing in developments in that part of the city. You can't blame the city government on that. Blame the west side residents.
