An Eaton county jury got it right!! I am Pennie Sharps sister and live with the horror of what dunham did everyday. People don't realize that are laws are letting these drunk drivers keep on driving it's not even a felony until they do it three times unless they kill someone in the mean time then it DUI causing death,it is very hard to get a conviction on second degree murder because of the wording to describe second degree murder. Well I have been pushing very hard to have the wording changed to help make it easier charge and get conviction for drunken killers and hope to make drunk driving in michigan a felony.

I'm glad that he has went to prison even though thats still not enough. Carolynn was my first friend when I was a child. I had known her sense I was like 3 or 4 years old. The last time I had seen her was her high school open house. I just wish I would have stayed a little but more in touch. I hope that Russell rots in prison and remembers what he has done every sigle day of his life. I took the life of not one but two people. You will be missed carolynn every single day. I know I will see you again someday in heaven. God Bless to Carolynns family and Pennies!!!
