i was at the commuatation hearing today and could not believe all that i heard... Rogers attorney stated it best when he said UP UNTIL JOE AMBROSE ASSULTED AND KILLED MR. HUBBARD ROGER SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN 10-15 FOR LARSENY AND ROBBERY. ROGER TOOK FULL RESPONSABILITY . PEOPLE FELT HE WAS NOT REMORSEFUL, HE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO FACE THE VICTOMS, SO NO ONE SEEN HIS FACE. I WAS APAULLED AT HOW PEOPLE MADE ROGER OUT TO BE A VICIOUS KILLER AND WANTED HIM TO HAVE MORE REMORSE FOR THE VICIOUS CRIME THAT JOE AMBROSE DID.ROGER WAS SORRY,ADMITTED HIS WRONG DOING. WHO WOULD TAKE FULL RESPONSABILITY FOR KILLING SOMEONE WHEN U DIDNT KILL THEM AND SHAME ON THE HUBBARDS , MR SAUTER, FOR NOT SEEING THE DIFFRENCE. BUT I GUESS U HAVE TO BLAME SOMEONE. I TRULY HOPE ROGER GETS A SECOND CHANCE. HE IS TRULY NO THREAT TO SOCIETY. JOE AMBROSE IS YOUR THREAT TO SOCIETY. I HOPE JENNIFER GRANHOLM SEES THIS ROBBERY AND KILLING FOR WHAT IS WAS AND IS. ROGER THE FAULT FOR A ROBBERY AND JOE THE FAULT FOR THE KILLING.BECAUSE JOE DECIDES TO KILL UNPLANNED ROGER HAS TO GO DOWN WITH HIM..AND FEEL REMORSE FOR A KILLING HE DIDNT PLAN OR COMMIT. I DO NO HE FEELS REMORSE FOR THE WHOLE INCIDENT. BUT HE SHOULD ACTUALLY TAKE THE RESPONSABILITY FOR THE CRIME JOE AMBROSE DID. THIS SYSTEM IS SCREWED UP. THIS IS A SORRY WORLD WE LIVE IN WHEN PEOPLE CANT SEE THE DIFFERENCE.. I HOPE YOU GET YOUR CHANCE ROGER. AND THEN U CAN PROVE U WERENT THE MASTER MURDERER THEY THOUGHT U WERE.

regardless of how much he was involved he was involved in committing a violent crime against another human being, Michigan should have the death penalty for murder and rape and he should already be dead, Ambrose too, yes I know these two people and I believe Ambrose is the worst of the two but I didn't hang out with either and I knew how Ambrose was, Rodger knew and made the choice to be involved, there are many other people in prisons who deserve to be free before a murderer, Charles Mansion didn't commit the murders himself, is he a wonderful man too? im sure he could be convincing if he wanted, 1 bullet to the head would have been alot cheaper than the prison sentence.

You have to know the two. I also grew up with them. Joe has been a psycho for as long as I knew him. I knew Roger since kindergarten. He followed Joe around because he was sort of an outcast. Not sure how to explain it. I don't believe for one second that Joe should be out. I think that Roger should be given a shot at freedom.
I also knew the victim. I knew Joe's 1st victim VERY well. Yep, he killed once before and there wasn't enough evidence to charge him, but he was pretty proud of himself.
Remember I know both of the offenders and families/victims quite well. I know what I'm talking about.
I also have a better than average understanding of the law.
I feel as though Roger was just another of Joe's victims.
