I do enjoy not smelling like smoke after the bar, but as a non-smoker, I still say that it's up to the owner of the establishment to make the rules, not government.

I wonder by how much it wouldve lost by if it was on a ballot...?

I love seeing the people who live in the once nursing home, now assisted living facility out by the road in their wheelchairs, cardiac chairs, and yes, once even a bed, smoking their cigarettes, attached to IVs. It is a lovely sight.

Ballot measures are discouraged. It's on page eight of the ban instruction book.

This thread is about a smoking ban in restaurants and bars. It has nothing to do with nursing homes or assisted living facilities. Try to keep up.
