Place is a hell hole. I recently escaped after serving a four year sentence. I wouldn't recommend it to someone that I disliked, much less liked. The management is terrible and the Japanese staff treat you as if you are a moron. My advice is to stay away!

Worst place in the world to work. They use a point system and have fired people who have worked for them for 10,15,or more years. They don't care how good your record has been in the past, "point out" and you are fired. You obtain 3 points for every day you are off whether you have a doctors excuse or not. So have a couple of 2-3 day illnesses, have to take off for a doctors appointment a couple of times a year, and they will escort you out the door. Heaven forbid if you have made plans and they start manditory overtime that requires you to work seven days a week for months, and months, and months. The day their doors close because they are constantly hiring new people they have to train, because they cannot keep good people due to poor management who is only interested in quantity not quality, I will say a praise to the Lord for finally being able to see a company, and their management get what they truly deserve...FOOD STAMPS!

I have been a DA Inc employee for many years. The place has gone down hill the past two or three years. The managers are idiots and don't have a clue how to run the place. They had a good manager running the place and he started working part-time or something and then quit. There has been talk of forming a union and I will vote yes in a second if nothing else to try and and get new managers and supervisors.

I guess I am glad I didn't give a call back to the HR team. I applied for a position a while back and it seemed strange from the beginning. Is that website for real?

To the poser posting as "to da survivor"... get real fool. You haven't seen me anywhere remotely close to that place as I have been gone from there for a year now. WTF is the "staffing" building anyway? You question the intelligence of someone else?? LOL.. If you work there and like it I suppose that says all that needs to be said about your intelligence.

you're obviously a moron LOL!!

I liked working at D.A. Of course you have a few people who are pains in th ass but thats everyplace. I always got along with almost all my coworkers and didn't really mind the overtime. I only quit after working there 2 years because I had an asshole boyfriend who left me with no car to drive and it was 30 miles from my house and I didn't have anyway to get there.

I worked as a temp for four days at the DA. They tend to act like the temps are idiots, me and another temp agreed. Not necessarily unusual, when you are new somewhere. I have a couple of years college and a decade of work experience.(lay-off).
Three managers questioned me about bringing an empty coffee cup to my station one day, and a manager questioned me three times about placing 6 components in a bin at a time, instead of one at a time.(trying to improve speed). It was an ordinary bin,(non-specialty). Once would have sufficed to get me to drop them in one at a time. Weird! They told the temp agency I was not following procedures.

Worse place I ever worked.
