I was hoping to find one in that area a farm would be great or a country setting!!
We need atleast a 3 bedroom place with a fenced yard..Our home has been foreclosed on..I have 3 daughters 10 yr old (twins) and an 11 yr old and myself and am a keep to myself kinda person.. I bring no problems or drama with me..The girls dad passed a few years ago and i do not have any x-issues..I do enjoy older folks and kids and animals none of those things bother me as far as being a neighbor..smile I am the koolaid mom around here..lol
I also have dogs that stay outside so expect to pay a pet deposit they are not vicious dogs Australian Shepherd and Lab mix..We also have a kitty we have paid almost 3 grand on the past year i can't part with who is neutered and he had to have a sex change due to stones..My dogs are also use to kitties as my elderly neighbor has a few that travel in our yard..lol
I'm looking to pay $500 -$700.00 a month but that is negotiable
Hope someone out there can help us out..As we are looking to put the money down this month being November and move in by December..As our home is up for Sheriff sale November 10th..I also have a riding mower so cutting grass is not an issue and 2 vehicles..
