Ohio Drivers To Be Sued for Reckless Driving

A bill before the West Virginia Legislature attempts a pre-emptive strike against all Ohio drivers by suing them for emotional distress, property damage and “just being a real dumb-ass”– before the motorists ever cross state lines.

“I don’t know if this will hold water or not, but by golly we’re going to try it,” said Del. Mo Money (R, Wirt), who has certainly raised eyebrows with the bill’s introduction.“It’s going to be awful hard to take court action after they’ve crossed into the state so we’re trying to collect ahead of time. We have plenty of precedent to vouch for the ineptitude of the Ohio driver.”
