Instead of rehashing your mantra, take an grammar class, maybe then you will understand the difference between a justification clause and an operative clause.

If you have bear Arms in defense of your Country, then I recognize you as a Patriot. If you have not bear Arms in defense of your Country, then you are a wanabe Patriot. No where in the 2nd Amendment does it say that an individual has the right to own Arms. The part that you are reciting plainly says, the right of the people to KEEP and bear Arms. The State would supply the Arms and regulate the Militia (National Guard). A well regulated Militia (National Guard), being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms (as supplied by the State), shall not be infringed.

While I acknowledge you are the expert in being defeated by your Orwellian double speak, pointing out that the operative clause of the second amendment refers to a right bestowed to the people, proves at the most basic level how wrong your "I'm for the second amendment I'm just afraid of scary black guns" is. Although those in the Ministry of Truth in Oceania would be impressed.

Clarify the 2nd Amendment

Spelling arrors are a sign of character. Freedom of Speech is a protected individual right. But, another individual has the right to sue another for Slander or Libel even thou the writer or speaker is declaring their Constitutional right under the 1st Amendment. I find that most anything is Paradoxal if viewed from the other side. That is why everybody has a "Point of View". Some that might not meet the so-called Norm. Jack, how many times are you going to spew the same garbage??? No one here grees with you, making you the minority, which means you lose... The minority doesn't win in this country, and I'm real sick of the voices of the few outweighing the voices of the many....

All who voted Obama will soon lose their gun owning rights by their own vote. They have signed your rights away as American Citizens. If you don't believe what I say contact your represenative with the question? It is coming. You have once again been duped by the democrats.
I am just curious. What response did you have to all of the previous Political Administrations Gun restriction Policies? Did you feel as threatened then or has FOX "elevated" your threat level, where they were as prevelants back then? Did yu protest the signage of the Brady Bill, enacted after Reagan was Shot?

One more time Class. "We the People of the United States". "We the People of the State of West Virginia". "We the People of the United States of America" demand as per the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People (States) to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed". The 2nd Amendment doesn't even give an individual the right to buy Arms. Only to keep and bear Arms. There is no person or individual in the 2nd, only people as a whole. The subject of the 2nd is "A well regulated Militia, not the right to keep and bear Arms. The right to keep and bear Arms is a statement to the subject, A well regulated Militia. Being that the subject of the 2nd is directed solely to "Militia", the 2nd is as relative as the 3rd Amendment, "Obsolete".
