question about a 5 week runt kitten with closed ears

I have a young cat that had a large litter of 6 kittens. They are 4 to 5 weeks old. All of them are up playing on scheduled but the runt's ears have yet to open and it don't have teeth and can barley walk its half the size of the rest, does any one know if this is uncommon?

No thats not normal at all! Take it too the vet it sounds like something serious or you can give them a call and tell them what you just posted, ive never heard of that ever
