Crimes that do not have a victim should not be a crime.

I know diseases are spread more quickly by Prostition and that most prostitutes are drug addicts.
But like the law they are trying to pass allowing NON-VILOENT felons to "walk early" why spend time on a non violent crime. Get the home invaders of elderly and handicapped - the ones who pull weapons on people at KROGERS or on the street and threaten them with death actually holding them hostage til they get what they want - MORE TIME - longer prison terms - GO FOR IT - forget the victimless crimes between two adults. Get ones selling drugs to children or making meth around them THAT ENDANGER their lives - just saying...

Home invaders are non violet criminals under the law. Only murders and repost are violent offenders.
