So I have a friend who had a baby and she named the baby after the father.. but now he has a new baby on the way with a different girl and the girl wants to name the baby the exact same name is that legally possible or what?? Please someone help...

Unfortunately yes - it is legal, I used to work with a guy and he was named after his dad (or should I say sperm donor) and he had a 1/2 brother close in age to him - same dad - different mom - and he had the same exact name - funny thing - they didn't look at all alike - one was real tall and about medium colored - other one was little short and real dark - but had the same name
