I'm not trying to be mean chandra but you've only had hateful things to say about musical grounds. Why the change of heart? Is this some form of sarcasm that I'm not getting?

BTW, did you win your chicken case? Are you allowed to keep them? If so congratulations.

I have no ill will to anyone. I've only shared how I was treated regarding a community issue that is not related to coffee shops. Persainally, I still continue to extend an olive branch and sincerely want success for everyone. I'm not one to hold a grudge, we are all human and say things in haste we wish we could rewind. In my experience, the trick to being a good person is being able to move on and the trick to great future is building strength from adversity. So... I think that they are a power couple much like my husband and I. I always said their coffee was great and baked goods were heavenly. Of course they'll do well in a bigger venue and continue success with their current customers and huge tourist rush half the year here. Who wouldn't wish another family success over chickens?

Ps. Chickens are doing great :)

That's good to hear. I wish you hadn't made everything public though. They never said anything on here. You were the only one sharing things. That's why it is a little confusing reading the praise. Glad it's settled though.

What is a power couple? I've never heard that before.

So did you win your court case? Your statement was a little confusing. What did the judge say about the ordinance ban? Did he give you a variance or can we all have them? Do they have to be exotic pets or can we have egg producing chicken s? I haven't seen an update on your page. I've been waiting on the ruling before deciding whether to get any myself.

goody gumdrops for little Joey Dangerfield. Maybe having a real job will give him less time to "improve" Fayetteville

You guys really gonna rain on someone else's parade chasing me? I'm very transparent I don't hold grudges. And yes they were part of this online onslaught, it at least one of them. But that Is over and doesn't have anything to do with moving forward with exciting new businesses.

A power couple Is a couple that stand United and work together to do big things. They have complementing skill sets and our education that allow them to accomplish much together. Neither would be as great without the support of the other.

certainty not a sheep... wolves are pack animals and very loyal and protective of their pack and territory... sofof the two I'd be a wolf. Then in that same spirit so are you, and anyone who will stand up for themselves and their pack aka family/friends and territory, which in my case is my property/land. And in others cases the town and neighborhoods. On a larger scale the state and US... the sheep are those dependant on the system welfare recipients and people that are unable to stand up for themselves for health or other reasons... Wolf. Definitely.

Business owners, heads of house holds, anyone responsible for other people... they can't be sheep.

I'm not chasing you. I happen to support you on chickens but you haven't been very kind on here. I know the Dangerfield s and you were wrong to publicly disparage them. No they haven't been part of anything on here. I know that for a fact. You made an assumption and was wrong. Either way it's nice that you are sorry and not attacking them anymore.

Why won't you talk about whether you won your case or not? That's odd. I genuinely want to know if it's been ruled legal and what the new laws are. I'm considering getting a couple of chickens but I'm patiently waiting on the final ruling. Please help us. You have been fighting this and now everything has been silent for a while. I hope you're not giving up.

That's because she hasn't won anything. She would throw a parade that nobody would show up to if she won. Support her at your own peril. She's only out for herself.

there are no new laws they are fine just the way they are. They don't even exclude roosters. They exclude slauter and there is a general noise and nuisance ordinance that applies to all pets and life in general in a community.(So a rooster would require an indoor lock down from 8-8 which would be hard)

Have you not learned that we were, and are, not out to exploit those things?

Really just want to be left alone. Would we lead EVERYONE to get chickens? No! Never! They are a HUGE responsibility. They require mote care than cats or dogs! We only want, and ever wanted, to be left alone regarding our decisions for OUR family... Just as you would expect for yours.

God bless.

Don't believe her. She is lying. She unanimously lost at the city council and she's trying to win in court now. As of now it's still illegal and will likely continue to be illegal. The ordinance clearly states all poultry are banned within city limits. It lists an exception to be grand fathered in but she doesn't meet that requirement nor would anybody else wanting to get chickens.

I cannot emphasize enough how deception she is being now. She refuses to admit that she's slowly dragging this out in court. She keeps getting postponements on the ruling because her lawyer has likely told her she cannot win.

She is absolutely bold faced lying about the legality of chickens in town. It is illegal!

She's being confusing for a reason. You're not going to get a straight answer from her. You've hitched your wagon to the wrong horse if you want honesty from her. I can't recall an honest thing she has said on here. I think she is allergic to the truth. It's a sad condition and appears to be untreatable.

I need to correct a previous statement. I could be wrong but I believe she has already lost in magistrate court. I think she is appealing to the circuit court now. This will be the last possible step. She won't win. It gets more difficult as you continue through the legal process.

She won't tell you these things because she doesn't want you to know she has lost. She would rather lie to you and tell you it's fine to have chickens and you get chickens and get into trouble. She does not care if she's giving you bad advice. She doesn't care if you would spend all that time and money on chickens only to be told to get rid of them. Her pride and ego are much more important to her.

Notice her silence when you ask her a direct question. Notice how she won't give a straight answer. Notice how she pretends that she has won. Notice her arrogance when she claims to be a power couple. This is not a normal person.

Please do not purchase chickens. They are illegal in town. Please do not listen to her. She has not told the truth. Call the mayor or somebody and ask them about the legality of the situation. Do not rely on her. She will only lead you to ruin.
