There was an autistic young man who was told he couldn't eat his McDonald's french fries in Dwights, but Hurricane Pizza Hut had no problem with it.

Don't go there, they're a bunch of hateful, money grubbers!! Shut them down!!!

Dwights put out a post on Facebook earlier today. The story that is told is that a family brought in McDONALD'S fries for their autistic child. The server said they could not have them. It was very foolish on the part of the server. Dwights has said that there is no form of discrimination on their part against anyone.

Don't bash Dwight's. How stupid was that kid's parents to bring food from one restaurant into another - no class at all. Try that at Tidewater or any restaurant in the mall - better yet, try doing it at The Greenbrier. Some people have no class at all - then try to put it allon Dwight's restaurant. simple minded is all I can say.

They most likely did not know that the child was autistic. I think that if this happened that it was brought up that the child was autistic afterwards to make it as though that family was being discriminated against when it wasn't that way at all.

You don't know the whole story
Many restaurants are willing to accommodate these types of situations
The waitress was rude grime the get-go
She addressed the fries before greeting the family - the boys father immediately
Explained that his son is autistic - the waitress did not care - she said it was a health violation - which it is not
