Does she favor women or men more? My ex has made alot of false accusations and I'm curious if she is the type to fall for his story?

I went before judge mullens in September for a child custody hearing... i was pleased with her decisions and i was glad someone finally seen through my childs fathers bs... anyways, i am wanting to relocate out of wv with my child to be with my significant other. we have been living apart for well over a year and are ready to start taking things to the next level. we are tired of visiting each other when we can afford airfare... does anyone know much about child relocation laws in wv? My childs father has not followed through with anything judge mullens asked and just recently started coming to his visits every sunday bc his mother makes all efforts for him. my daughter does not know him & he has not/does
Not do anything to make sure he has a relationhip with her. he has no job and does nothing for our daughter. He has a drug issue. I have documented many many things since our hearing.i never hear from him unless he is calling on a sunday to say he is going to be late for a visit.. my boyfriend does all he can to make sure he has a relationship with her so that she does not go without a father figure and she has became attached to him & he is 1200 miles away.. he makes sure all 3 of us are a family and calls my daughter his.. i feel that our move with also be a much much better opportunity job & education wise for me so i can make a better life for my daughter. it will also be better for her. my boyfriend have been talking about marriage and settling down but we feel at some point we have to take a chance on being together. i want a better life than what wv can provide and i want to have my own family everyday not just for a week every few months .. my old attorney told me that if we agree on a parenting plan & the judge will sign it. my childs father knows we are planning to go & says he doesn't mind. we agreed on a parenting plan i just need to file papers. Can anyone help or give me advice? Or has anyone been in my shoes? I've gathered alotttt of info and it doesn't seem like wv is very strict about relocation. i just want to go about it all the right & legal way. I had my little girl when i was 21.. Im now 23 & feel like im still young enough to do more with my life for my daughter, myself & future husbnd & family. if i have the chance and better opportunity to do it why not?
