Does anyone know who to contact to get answers? A real estate company has the property up for sale. How can something be up for sale but Mr. Hunter is not allowed to do any work there? If it is sold Mr. Hunter will get the money.
If its sold the Tax Department will get the money for the back tax that's owed......:

Welcome to socialist america, the former land of the free
Where government regulates all aspects of our lives and
even tells us how to pee
From cradle to the grave it controls our every move
And what do we apathetic americans do but sit back and approve
The IRS is now targeting christian and conservatives to make their lives a hell
And next the postal service will be monitoring our very own personal mail
For those ass kissing libs who gave us Barrack Obama
We'd be better off in Tibet living like the Dalai Lama

90,000 was for the IRS and around 40,000 for the state. The property is listed for sale for 499,000. This is what Mr. Hunter said. It was said that the IRS was going to sell it but it is listed with a real estate company. I find the whole thing rather confusing.

The state has it up for sale. The owner won't get a dime. And that's wrong. He kept up with that cemetery when he could work there. Now he can't do anything because the state took it over.

Why would the owner make all this up? I find that hard to believe. Why wouldnt he conduct business to make money for himself and the cemetery?

It does not seem right that something that was willed to him can be taken away. The property is worth more than the taxes. It looks like the Bowling estate would be liable for the taxes. There are many of us that want the cemetery to continue and be run the way that it has been in the past. This is very sad for Mr. Hunter and people who have loved ones and pets buried there.

With all the rain that we have had I am sure it needs it again. I don't think that all of the cemetery was cut the last time. The last time I was there one section did not appear to have been cut. I guess I will plan on going and hope that others will do the same. It would be nice to have a group.

Just let me know and we will bring our mowers and weedeaters to help cut it again. Thanks

Most of you don't need pets! I wonder if some of you are maintaining the grave sites of your parents and siblings! Shame on some of you.

Who owns it now?
Whoever it is needs to keep it up or shut up.
Nobody wants to hear excuses about why someone can't do something.
It's his business now. He needs to get off his lazy ass and mow it instead of whining about it and getting someone to come on here and take up for him under 16 different names.

Our pets are part of our family. We had them buried in the pet cemetery and purchased markers for them. We did this out of love because they gave to us so much. I don't think that any of us expected it to come to this.
Mr. and Mrs. Bowling are entombed down there as well as many humans. I am hoping for a solution to this problem.

I went down and mowed my pets graves and the ones surrounding them. It is looking bad. The part that was not mowed the last time is terrible. I noticed that some people are going down and taking care of their own pets graves. There was no one down there. The trailer on the property seems to still be occupied but I am not sure who lives there or what the deal with that is. I know that several years ago the state road purchased part of the cemetery on the right and the pets that were buried there were relocated at the states expense and markers were paid for by the state for the ones that did not have them. Does anyone have a solution for this on going problem?

What would you do if this was happening to you? I feel sorry for the owner. He doesnt deserve any of this.

We should all go mow this Sunday if we can. If everybody mows their own and around it, then we could get it done.
