Meanwhile, police have issued a warrant for the arrest of a Charleston woman who they believe stole it -- Arthur's former daughter-in-law. Police are looking for Cassandra Danyel Arthur, 26, of Derricks Road, according to Putnam County Sheriff's Detective Shawn Johnson.

Poor puppy. Whoever has Puddles please give him back. I'm sure he misses his family. What kind of person takes out her personal issues on an innocent dog. Cassandra should also be charged with animal abuse.
