At THIS time 4:15 PM, about an hour, ago a thread critical of water spill, big money and politicians that has been going on for days is now gone. It can still be seen here with a post an hour ago ---

Well on the server I appear to be using it has disappeared completely now.(515 pm). If trolls slow down spamming I might try and recreate some of it from memory and put it in various threads so it is hard to hide the truth?

As I recall - it started - we need to tax metallurgical coal, big timber companies and big land owners for a Sovereign Wealth fund and help us clean up things when shell companies disappear. Also Alaska gives their citizens $1000-2000 per year, Norway's fund is huge and Australia's looks good too.

Then we started about politicians who talk -'job killing regulations', who put up "Open For Business" signs as they take down "Almost Heaven" ones.

I remember this about that thread.

http://www.amazon.com/Bloodletting-Appalachia...

"…In plain, unvarnished style, Lee relates the history of greed and evil by the outside capital interests who came into West Virginia to rape and pillage. The miners wouldn't stand for it, and war broke out.

The president had to declare martial law - twice.

…If you want to know about the true character of the Appalachian people, read this book."

In Jan. every man, woman and child became a millionaire in Norway thanks to big taxes on companies selling off natural resources.

Also look into Alaska, Australia etc.

Yep if we sue the water company all rates will increase. Since the shell company is going bankrupt we need a Sovereign Wealth fund to help when another Coal Calamity happens.

This is ridiculous. It's like no one can help!

I wonder if our Politicians will let us buy -->

Enemies Of Coal

License plates now.
Hey somebody could make some of these for sale and we can legally start putting them on our FRONT license plate holders couldn't we?

I like the idea of our politicians letting us get
Enemies of Coal

License plates.

If they won't, I again do wonder if somebody starting painting and selling some of these would it be legal, without any license numbers, just saying Enemies Of Coal, to put them on our front bumpers?

Did I often hear ole Joe Manchin and Mrs Arch Moore -- errr I mean Capito talk about clean coal LOL?

So this is part of your clean coal strategy, the rules you thought were job killing and the regulations we didn't have the money to enforce?
We see you laughing at us on "Clean Coal".

Now something I wonder about - these coal cleaning chemicals - after they are used at the cleaning plants are the diluted and put into our small streams where the coal cleaning plants are at-- or are the trucked back out of the plants to be destroyed or recycled? What did they use to do with the diesel this chemical replaced in the old days? Almost Heaven? Clean Coal?

Opps wrong part of that thread on "Clean Coal". Meant to show the first 3 YouTubes from this link.

Note - Youtubes are pretty safe - google has great engineers and checks them for bad stuff (malware etc).

I agree with citizen because these companies never know how it effects people until you hit them where it hurts. Their wallets.

Lawyers - I just don't see where the money comes from unless you can get passed Freedoms' bankruptcies and go after - as I understand it - the actual out of state coal mine owner that had it set up as one of his smaller Limited Liability Companies (LLC)?

Even then if I remember right he employes what 1500 miner so he's probably not huge. I think there is limits on how/when you can sue the State or Feds. And even if you can - the State simply raises taxes on everyone to pay for money lost.

Same with the water company, if they would lose they simply raise the rates on everyone (would that raise sewer bills too?).

Now maybe we tax - Met Coal, Big Timber, LARGE land owners and then use some of that fund to help pay off documented loses. That is the only source of money I see that isn't going to come back and bite us?

Maybe true. But you can try. It isn't right this is done to people.

Well I too certainly don't mind trying to find someone responsible and have them get in trouble a little also. Lawsuits, politicians out, new rules - taxes on coal and natural resources, a fund to help when shell companies go bust etc etc.
I would hate to end up suing someone like State or Water Co - lawyers end up with most of the money and then our taxes and rates go up ...

Hey that report the Fed Chemical Dept. said we should follow that the State let die (did I understand that would have called for tank inspections)- what politicians were involved? What other Federal Ideas (Mine enforcement, EPA, Chemical Industry) are we saying NO to or fighting in court ...?
