Sweetheart you can buy it by the pint, quart, half gallon, gallon and even get it in different flavors such as, chocolate or strawberry. If yout little one is sucking you dry then head to krogers.

You're an idiot!
Research online if you need help with something, why post on a website, if you have time to post here then you've already had plenty of time to search google for the damn answer.

Fenugreek & Blessed Thissle (both available at the healthy life market attached to Drug Emporium) helped increase my supply.

Fenugreek will make you smell of maple syrup though.

Good luck!!

Fenugreek, blessed thistle, mother's milk tea, and pump more often! The more you pump, the more milk will come. Have something that smells like your baby as well as a picture to let down easier. Also, ONE small beer will help! Good luck. You're doing the right thing!

All of the above and also oatmeal. I used to eat it every morning until I got my supply where it needed to be. Also I recently purchased the pumpin pals flanges. They took some getting used to but it's increased my supply by a couple of oz per pump while I'm at work.

You're obvisouly either a male or a formula feeding mother. I say that since you obvisouly don't know the difference between what's best for her baby which is breast milk and that pasteurized hormone filled cows milk. Cows milk is for cows. Breastmilk is for babies. My son is 11 months old and will hopedully never have cows milk. I plan to breastfeed him until he self weans and then at that point continue to pump. When the pumping is done he'll get almond milk.
