Wow West Virginia is really going to be the last state to get rid of ignorance. Being the most unhealthy and depressed state in the US isn't enough, we have to be the most ignorant too. Very sad.

I wonder if the Assistant Attorney General would be claiming NO HARM if it were her benefits that were BEING denied, no tax reduction, no family leave or anything else........it's sad that they CAN'T see what these restrictions are doing to their tax paying Citizens!!!

I hope the Judge DOESN'T dismiss this lawsuit and if he should, I see an appeal!!!

Sitting on the bench with the flag of the United States behind him representing all the glorious medals given to men and women who killed men in the name of our country and our freedoms - let us hope that he will remember that loving another human being is a freedom. Freedom to love also means no one, absolutely no one, has the right to decide what if anything goes on in the privacy of their home. In West Virginia there is a distorted view of love held by many of a judgemental mentality that does not stop at another's doorstep. Privileged to attend recently the marriage of lady of 65 and the other 72 (both widowed) made me do a lot of thinking after seeing perhaps two of the most intelligent, kind and happy people I have had the honor to know. The son of the 72 was best man and a daughter of the 65 year old was maid of honor. A lot of people - and pray it doesn't include the Judge - need to get out of West Virginia leaving the blinders behind.

That's a shame if wv allows queers to marry here. Such filth and disgust. I am proud to be a fat ignorant hillbilly. At least I am not some queer girly man who bleeds and whines like a woman.

I was going to get some groceries today but I couldn't, gay marriage was now legal.
I was going to attend school today but I couldn't, gay marriage was now legal.
I was going to get a home loan today, but I couldn't, gay marriage was now legal.
I was going to get in my car today to run needed errands, but I couldn't, gay marriage was now legal.
I was going to go to church this Sunday but I can't now, gay marriage is legal.
I was going to go shopping for some clothes for my family, but gay marriage has rendered that impossible.
I was going to log onto the internet today, but those pesky married gay couples stopped me.
I was planning to go see a movie, go to the museum, walk in the park, watch football with friends, but alas I cannot, because gay marriage is legal now.....
