Income tax returns delayed 3 months in 2014

BEWARE! This coming years federal income tax returns as well as preparing them will be delayed considerably. The IRS claims it's due to the recent Government shutdown and the Affordable health care act.
The shutdown did not allow the government enough time to prepare for 2014 and the Affordable are Act requires more research on the IRS and other companies who prepare taxes.
No one will be allowed to even file until maybe mid February and the returns will be somewhere between late late March early April at best.
of course come April 15th I bet we will still have to be finished with filing or else.
Basically it'll be mid April for your return. Oh well!

Good God...will turn to another channel besides Fox? There are other informational sources. Do some research for YOURSELF...before you start alarming the "public". However today is the anniversary of the "War of the Worlds" segment. That got people frightened too. Maybe THAT'S your motivation.
