Attorney Mark Bramble fired nearly 100 shots into a South hills neighborhood . Firing at police and nearby houses . Said he was on a mission to kill . And today he is back out on the street due to a senile magistrate jack Pauley .

Earlier this week Magistrate Jack Pauley set a mans bond to $100,000 for stealing gravel from the railroad . But lets a South Hills Attorney free on $25,000 bond . Time for Jack to leave. And hell I voted for him . But never again

This man is dangerous to the community . He never should have been turned loose . Shame on all involved . If I was CPD I would make Jack Pauley go arrest him next time he decides to trip acid and shoot the neighborhood up

People of Color should be mad as hell . If this happened on the west side and was a black man he would never get a bond reduction . We need to unite and protest this decision

The lawyer has money and can buy his freedom. If I were a magistrate and someone offered me several thousand dollars CASH to help get their bond lowered so they can get out, you can bet your sweet ass I would and so would you.

Now I am not saying Pauley took the money, I am not saying that at all, but I know I sure as hell would have in a second.

Jack Pauley is a good man and a good magistrate. He can't and won't be bought - so dont even insinuate that.

Bramble was in a crisis situation - he went to the hospital seeking help 2 days in a row and was turned away.
He obviously needs help and support, not judgement and condemnation.
Any takers

Anytakers - file a freedom of informtatin act or something and have his checking account checked if need be. Could be he looks at past history and the ones who got huge bonds (like Tremain Straugter) were career criminals who were likely to commit crimes while out on bond or run. Many things are put into consideration there.

There are rich black people in the valley too - quit pulling the race card on everything. I'd rather see an established tax paying citizen get a second chance than the drug addict taking-selling roaches that crawl around this valley assaulting and stealing get a tenth chance - like they do so many times and they are time bombs just waiting to esculate to murder when they can get their BUZZ only by killing someone. Or to see judges let career criminal parents have children back in their homes knowing they are most likely not going to even try to stop their drugs and criminal ways and a socieopath is "born in their children who will kill many due to dysfunction childhood enviornment".

I've known Pauley for many years and first time I've heard a complaint about him and I'm sure there re no first time drug offenders he threw the book at either... The key word here is FIRST TIME OFFENDRS..

This ladies and gentlemen is exactly what is wrong with topix.

You have people that don't have a basic understanding of our legal system commenting and the rest of you sheep take it as gospel.

This is not what a FOIA is for.

What are you saying? Jack Pauley took a bribe? How dumb can you get, bsetter, just how stupid you are. Jack lowered the bond, Mark Bdramble will now get the help he needs. Recognize Mental illness for what it is. What kind of treatment would he get in the SCRJ? None. Have you visited the jail? Just a holding place, no treatment for the mentally ill.

Thank you. Perhaps someone on this site has some common sense. People talk about their elected judges tear them down - that is until they need them for something. Then it is Jack, my friend, my good ole buddy. Talk about sick people.

So you audit his bank accounts - and what if you don't find any bribe money - then what? You gonna apologize to this Magistrate? See how stupid you are? Starting up another "slim campaign" against a good Magaistrate. You should go live in MINGO County.
