Should George Aulenbacher be principal at GWHS next year?

A few questions I would enjoy hearing everyone's thoughts on:

1. After the "interesting" year that George Aulenbacher has had with the sex-ed assembly issues and the issues with graduation speakers, should he continue to be principal at GWHS for the upcoming school year and beyond?

2. Will tenure ultimately save him from any disciplinary issues? Should he resign? If so, do you think he ultimately will and perhaps switch schools or job roles?

Get rid of him. He has caused too much bad publicity for the school district and GWHS.

However, tenure will ultimately save his behind and he'll be in the county until he retires or decides to leave.

What is your definition of interesting???? I didn't hear anything interesting about any of the matters there. If I read it correctly the school board had the say in the number of graduation speakers. And if you don't like the sex ed speaker, don't go and listen to her. Are there not more important issues in the local school system that should be dealt with?

Fire his ass!!! he doesn't deserve to be that position! He is bias against certain students, can't give details at this time, but it will all come out soon!

No, he should not be working at the school next year. Not even as a janitor!

Having dealt with Aulenbacher (@ Stonewall) and Giles (@ Capital), I'd take Mr. Giles any day!! Aulenbacher is an arrogant ass that uses poor judgement and makes rash decisions that don't put the best interests of the students first.

I worked with the sawed-off lil' twerp years back, and trust me he is just as racist as the former. He's just better at hiding it.

I actually worked with this power-drunk dwarf a few years back too.

He lets his emotions get the better of him and pretty much acts like a teenager - does without thinking of the feelings of others in mind.

He calls himself a Christian man too. Ridiculous.

He fired Kackie Eller, life long counselor from GW. Kackie Eller is the reason so many kids graduated and went on to college. If it wasn't for her....those kids she helped wouldn't have known how to get grants or financial aid and probably wouldn't have wven thought to go to college if it wasn't for her

How many unpopular kids did she help. She was great with her buddies, but the kids that were not in the clique and probably needed help more than anyone were ignored. She is as elitist as the kids she is supposed to model for.

That is an outright lie. She was my counselor, my daughter's counselor and now my son's. If she didn't help you, then you didn't ask for help!

The kids were REQUIRED to attend the koo koo Pam Stenzel bundle of lies. One tried to get out and Aulenbacher had the teachers acting like bouncers at the door. This hour of lies and fire and brimstone preaching hurt many young people in the crowd. Those who have been molested, raped, touched as young children. Stenzel's hate speech probably crushed them. MEAN and irresponsible for Aulenbacher and Joey Holland to insert their religious views into a public tax paid school.

GA is awesome to work for. If your child has issues don't lay blame, ask yourself where you went wrong. Become a better parent and stop laying blame. It's something difficult to do when it's your own child. Dig deep and take ownership. The blame game will only hurt your child's future. That is the reason your child blames others, because they see you doing the same thing.
