Went to Big Sandy, had 1200. dollars to spend on 2 chairs and a small tv,,, waited,, waited,, waited,, no one offered to help,, went to find help,, sales people just standing around or watching tv, not enterested in making a quick sale,, we had picked out items we wanted,, so we left,,,the day I start begging sales persons to sell me something with hard earned money will be a cold day in hell.

Go to Value City, they are waiting for you at the door.

I had a horrible experience with big sandy and will never ever go back there...sounds like I'm not the only one, I wonder how they stay in business with horrible customer service like that. They repeatedly told me my couch and chair would be in in 2 weeks and it never came, 6 weeks later no furniture so I cancelled my order and went to layzboy and got better furniture for the same price and it was delivered the next day! So yea..Big Sandy sucks!

The management and sales staff are the absolute worst i have ever experienced. Too busy with personal issues and whatever else pops up to deal with the consumer. I also went elsewhere, and yes i paid more, but so be it.

I had a friend go through the same thing. Ordered furniture, 8 weeks late. When they called to try and figure out the problem they brushed them off. One lady even told them that there order had came in, but was sold to someone who actually took it with them the same day!

WOW glad I seen this I was getting ready to buy a mattress set!! Value City is just as bad!! Ashley Furniture is awesome, their sales ppl are very nice, prices are decent, quality of furniture is solid the only thing I didn't like is I felt the sales person that was helping me was smothering me other then that it was a nice experience!

Ashley furniture treated us like royalty and all we bought were two pillows. Wonderful experience.

Bought furniture from Ashley once, good damn thing I bought the warranty. Had to use it on all three pieces and the couch had to be replace. Won't waste my money there ever again. Too much money for furniture that's made that cheaply.

I have had to take my couch and loveseat back to value city they even restuffed it and everything before hand of course all they would give me is a credit so I bought a different one and paid 300 extra for it now its getting bad I hate that place they make cheap furniture for the most part I got my bed there and my parents got their entire bedroom suit there and both are all perfect no problems but when it comes to couches, chairs, lovesets etc they suck and they made me buy the 7 yr warrenty again which was almost 200 when I already had one in place! I have tried to find corporates number and I have had no luck!

I wondered myself how they were staying in business.... It's odd. Usually there's no one there when driving through. It's really odd.

I went there to furnish my 3rd bedroom, I wanted to buy a queen bed and 2 night stands and a chest of drawers, and they told me I couldn't do that, I had to buy the whole set,

I told them I dont have no room for all that furniture, and they told that was polices,

I went to D.F.W warehouse, the bed I brought was cheap made but it was for an guess bedroom, so it work out fine for me.

I will not ever go to big sandys again.
