I was on phone 2&1/2 hours today, talked to 2 managers and 3 other idiots in customer service trying to get phone number from one phone to another! I would like to know if this is the norm for straight talk, of I just got unlucky and talked to the idiots?

Yes .....If you go to Straight Talk Complaints you will see EVERYONE shares your frustration ...Leave them as soon as you can ....It NEVER gets better ....

I've had straight talk for about 2 years now and the customer service sucks. I avoid them all I can, but the price is great with my iPhone 5.

Ive been lucky i guess, i have not had any cell service problems just customer service issues

I am sorry I did not make myself clear .....I was talking about customer service being horrible ...cell service has been great .....BUT if you need ANY technical support.......BEWARE

Yes, after I got off phone with them and found out I have to have a new sims card, that after a week I still haven't seen, I have to call when I get the card to walk me thru the process of changing the number, looking forward to that I am !!!

Worst customer service I have ever personally dealt with, just awful. I have a nice phone, service plan is cheap, but the customer service members are asshats

Been trying unsucessfully for 2 weeks to get them to assign a phone number and initialize service. They admit the problem is on their end but no one seems to know how to fix it.
