I can't be 100% sure, but I am pretty confident she has already been put on probation. She did a few weekends and was released for time served and good behavior and now must be on probation for 1 1/2 years plus restitution.
How can they do that ? The law is all about "who you know" !! Pathetic

Somebody said it earlier "what a world we live in" Lawyers very rarely go to jail and neither do the affluent and you just watch and see if ol Ms Faulty doesn't get to go out in style with a huge pension and the works. I don't know how much money Bonnie stole, but maybe, just maybe it was worth it in some sick lurid way. I once knew a banker from Putnam County many years ago (1970's) who embezzled over 1 million dollars and was given five years probation and NO restitution "YES" I said NO restitution!
