The reason MidWestern's not in cause for both meetings leading up to the vote they should up trying to argue with the KVYFL and tried bullying their way in including moments before the vote which actually changed the minds of two voting members. If they weren't trying to argue they would have got in on a probationary period! If we have problems with them before the vote why would we want to have problems week in and week out? That's not what the KVYLF is about !! It's not just the KVYFL !! MW got denied every league they applied for!! So say what you wish but you can't bully your way through life. Try to join again next year

Hey KVYFL welcome to the new and improved Chemical Valley Youth Football League. You may run but you can't hide. The CVYFL will find you, invade you and take over. What a shame!! I give it a few years and everything will once again be run just like it use to in the CVYFL which is why the new league was formed in the first place.

Now no one is considered a wussy. No one is scarred, let the new members beat our butts for a while and then we will want to kick them to the curve again. It won't take long. Getting you asses handed to ya can really pisses you off and makes you want to eliminate your foe.

Apparently you don't know how the Kanawha valley is set up. It is set up so I will never be ran like the chemical valley WAS. That's why only the founding members are the one's with a full vote !! The chemical valley was ran by a few that's why it is no more

No Midwestern is good for the league. One bad apple was spoiling the whole bunch. Western and Dunbar should not have to be punished for the actions of the other franchise.

Grapevine you are 100% correct
3 teams have already came out and said they WILL NOT play Dunbar or Western with a couple others being on the fence.
So that only leaves 9 teams with Bye Weeks to play on. So that's a 5 game schedule and a 4 game schedule for each of those two teams plus 1 game vs each other if it is evenly distributed. But it does not have to be. Each franchise can pick and choose who they play or not play on their Bye weeks. So in reality if Belle decides it wants to play East Bank instead of either of those two teams who have this agreement it can.
Plus Dunbar and Western had to agree that they will not accept a single player from a school outside of their attendance zones even if they kids lives in Dunbar or the West Side and just goes to school outside of those areas. But all of the existing KVYFL franchises can accept kids that go to school in the Dunbar or Western attendance zones without penalty. This lack of waivers is also even if they child has been playing/cheering for their franchise for 5 years and it is their last year on the A team.
Another interesting thing that happened during the vote was that some teams said they only way that they would vote for this limited scheduling agreement was if they would get rid of the exit fee for their franchises if they wanted out of the KVYFL. That passed so now the same teams who ran from Western, Dunbar and Midwestern initially can go and start their own league again this fall, next year or whenever without any financial burden against them (it was $1500).

Oh yeah,

This probationary period is NOT "like Nitro"

Each and every year from now on the two franchises have to be voted with a 2/3rds majority to continue on with this scheduling agreement and they will never be able to compete for championships in cheer or participate in the playoffs for football.

Dunbar and Western are also not invited to play in the Grid-O-Rama unlike Nitro last season.

The story that "Drama" is telling doesn't really jive with the one that I was told. The one I was told included the President of Cambells Creek standing up as he was helping to preside over the meeting and saying "Midwestern didn't care about our kids 8 years ago and we do not care about their kids now" after that a member of the Sissonville contingent said "it sounds like you are holding some sort of grudge" and the CC President said "I am".
