Does anybody know Kelly Duty, and why she has been arrested numerous times? My mother was going to get her nails done by her, but I don't know if we should trust her. She closed her shop, but is working out of the salon next door to her old shop.

W. Virginia couple accused of local crime spree

A Charleston West Virginia couple was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, June 11, related to the theft of items from three locations. The two are Travis Ryan Tulloh, 32, and Kelly Anne Duty, 44, girlfriend and boyfriend, according to the reports.

One of the numerous arrest reports for the duo stated that a May 23 burglary to a W. Copenhagen residence was reported to the sheriff's office on May 24. Items taken from the residence included a fold figaro chain, a gold ring with garnet stones and diamonds, a Stihl chainsaw, a Craftsman weed eater and a five gallon gas tank (full of gas), with a combined value of approximately $1,330.

The two victims told detectives, that they'd spoken with Tulloh, whom they are acquainted with, on Facebook Chat, and he told them, a week or so later, he'd taken the items. The victims told detectives, that after they urged Tulloh to return the items, Tulloh had returned the Figaro necklace, inside a jar, that was placed at their back door on June 4.

On June 11, Tulloh's girlfriend, Duty, was arrested by the sheriff's office. She was located at the motel where the couple had been staying since May 11. Tulloh had alrleady left the motel prior to the arrival of deputies. They'd been staying in room 121 of the Crystal Manatee Suites, located at 310 N. Citrus Ave. in Crystal River. She was charged with traffic or endeavor to traffic in stolen property, petit theft ($100 or more but less than $300), and false verification of ownership or giving false identification to a pawnbroker; total bond $16,000. She's accused of taking a 24" Vizio flat screen television from their motel room and pawning it at Pat's Pawn, located at 915 SE U.S. Hwy. 19 in Crystal River on June 1, in exchange for $30. She was also charged in another burglary with traffic or endeavor to traffic in stolen property, and giving false verification of ownership or false identification to a pawnbroker; with a total bond of $15,000 for these charges. She's accused of burglarizing a garage at NE 5th Ave. and taking a DeWalt drill valued at $150 and a DeWalt compressor, valued at $400, and pawning the compressor at Diamond Ridge Pawn, located at 6894 W. Gulf to Lake Hewy. in Crystal River on June 3, in exchange for $75.

Deputies soon located Tulloh, on May 11, who admitted his guilt, prior to being charged with the burglary at the W. Copenhagen, Dunnellon residence - grand theft ($300 or more but less than $5,000) and burglary of an unoccupied structure. His total bond was set at $7,000.

The following day, Tulloh was additionally charged with traffic or endeavor to traffic in stolen property and giving false verification of ownership or false identification to a pawnbroker. His total bond on the second charges totalled $10,000. The second set of charges were for pawning some of the stolen items from the W. Copenhagen St., Dunnellon residence. The items pawned were a 14 Karat gold ring with a yellow stone and diamond tennis bracelet. The report stated that Tulloh received $120 for both pieces of jewelry at the American Trading Post Pawn, located at 787 N.E. 5th Street (Hwy. 44) in Crystal River.
