Constellium I want to thank you for extending the offer and allowing our husbands the opportunity to vote. I pray my husband will be back to work soon. You have provided a good living for my family and I want to thank you. Please remember that not all of the workers wanted to strike, and I pray that the end is in sight.

I too would like to thank them for being patient and extending the offer and allowing a vote. I think if a vote had been allowed 4 weeks ago we would not have had to go thru all this. Hope the guys are all back to work by next week.

I too would like to thank the company for being so patient. It has been a good job for many years. I think if a vote had been allowed 4 weeks ago we would not have had to go thru this. I hope the guys are back to work in a few days

Way to go, Dig. Bring all the strike posts back up. I'm sure that there are a lot of employees that have plenty to say after the first few days back. Management is even dirtier than we had imagined and they are showing their colors in ways that would disgust even those that had the lowest opinions.
