I have gone to Dr. Mark Casdorph for over 15yrs. They are having some staffing problems at the time. My bet is that he DID NOT get the message. I recently had a medication issue, due to other health issues and added stress, and called the office and was not called back. I am lucky enough that my husband is a pharmacist, he was able to look at the issues I was having and determine that the medication wa the issue. I was also fortunate enough that the Dr had given me a good supply of samples to ramp up to the new medication that we were able to ramp myself back down and back onto the medication I was on before. We were able to control the situation until I was able to get in to see Dr. Mark.(this is absolutly not something that I would suggest anyone to do!) When I told him what happened he was appalled and apologized again and again. Over the years anytime I have had a "crisis" I have been worked in immediatly. If you or your child are having issues call the office and insist that they have him call you or insist that you or your child needs to see him immediately. I would bet any amount of money that he does not know you are trying to reach him.

As for "wallpaper" I obviously do not know you or your child but there HAS to be more to this story than you have presented. And as far as that goes it isn't any of my business nor do I want it to be. Doctors are people too, yes, they are held to a higher standars, but they are human. Not every Dr. is suited for every person and sometimes there just isn't a connection. If you haven't already I hope you find a Dr. in this field that better suits you and your daughter. I wish you the best of luck finding a Dr. that your family clicks with.

Hey Mark, the truth is coming out here.. you cant give everyone the same excuse of not knowing there was a crisis or you never got the message. Board of medicine cxomplaints WILL Follow..

First of all, this is not Mark. I have ALWAYS been called back in the case of a crisis. I was called back when one of my parents, who at the time was not a patient of any Dr. in this field of medicine, was having a crisis and I needed to know how to handle the situation. ANY time day or night, in town or out of town, if I had a crisis situation my call has always been answered. The only time that I needed a call back and did not recieve one was recently with this new staff. I know other people that have had issues of the same manner with this new staff.

How would you know that others have an issue with the staff unless you are in fact, mark?
Your staff is a direct of you.. stop hiding behind your staff and blaming them for not relaying your patients messages to you..

I have multiple family members that are patients. I also know other people outside my family that are patients there. Don't you think he would come up with a better screen name than this? I have contributed as much as I am willing to contribute. This is my information, do with it what you want. I hope you find a doctor and staff that you are able to click with. Good Luck & Best Wishes

I have been seeing Mark Casdorph for about 10 years. He literally saved my life. He is laid, back, funny (in his own way I guess lol). I really wouldn't be who I am today if it weren't for him. If you are looking for a psychiatrist he is awesome , so if you have any

I hope you meant he is "laid-back", or shit just a whole 'nother level of wrong. LOL.
