Who cares? It's in that greedy thieving city of Charleston. Stop wasting money in that sucking money pit and send it to the towns that are soon to disappear if help is not sent. Money wasted in Charleston benefits no one except that mayor with a jail bound drug head son. Reinvest in our horrible roads and bridges and new highways that are started but aren't finished. For instance Coal Fields Expressway. You people start something but never follow through with anything. How long ago was the tolls supposed to come off of the WV turnpike. You are a bunch of con artists in Charleston that take money away from the rest of the state.

Spring Hill is SOUTH Charleston. Totally different town! And these are business owners not the state or county government. Which is who would be in charge of your complaints. Not saying I disagree with most your statement but it doesn't go along with this thread. Complain to your city bout your problems. Others city will still be in business.
