Are they a good company to work for? I'd be doing inbound and outbound calls for AT&T.

It sucks. They promise all this money and bonuses. When I worked there only one person out of over a hundred employees actually got the bonus. They suck, long hours, everyone is always sick, bad pay. You are better off going over to ticketmaster or somewhere else.

ticketmaster pays $8 vs trg pays $11. I work there now before that i was at tm. they are both ok to me. if you want $11 you where to go. ppl told me not to expect much at trg except regrets, I enjoy the job because I love. computers. its not perfect its a job. just let them hype you up with promise of making boat loads. you actually have work for your like anyone with a jobs knows.

ok I missed a lot of words in my comment. if you want $11 then you know where to go... trg. I work at trg for frontier but some chick from at&t makes something like $1600 per paycheck which is bi weekly. don't let trg hype you up with the idea of making extra money. you have to be good at your job to realize what those who make money on top of their hourly wage have learned by actually doing well at focusing on the customer not just your pockets. you still should be about the money too. I make the extra pay only I work for it. its not just thrown at you for blinking. a job is that... a place of work. good luck. you should see for yourself and make your own choice. there are good and not so good parts about most jobs.

Istarted out in a training class of 35. A month later, there were 10 people. When I was fired just a few days later, that left 9. My friend was fired after three months for "inability to do her job"; this after she'd been there for all that time. Don't waste your time or your effort. It's a bad company. The bonuses and the incentivs are falsified

NO and NO and NO. And tell that strung-out b*tch with a missing front tooth who "teaches" for TRG and dresses like a bag lady stoned on stink weed and Xanax to get her boyfriend a job

Her name is Emma, and her socks never match. Why you would allow this sad creature with one mismatched sock in the gutter to represent your company defies belief. Of course we all thought "look at her. We'll never get fired" but looks don't matter to the people over the phone...just SELL SELL SELL SELL

Class is absolute misery. They give us SO MUCH information in one day! I can barely handle it. Hopefully when I actually get on the phones I'll be ok because right now I really don't understand much...

Well, I've heard from several people they don't treat employees well. I knew someone that got fired via facebook and they wouldn't accommodate for her physical disability. I've heard some other bad things, but I wish you luck, stranger!

Ticketmaster is an ok place to work. If you start in sales it's like $8.70 an hour and customer service is $9.40 an hour, I think. You really have to be a total screw up or be in management to get fired from there.

I'm going to be starting at Trg. on Monday. I'm excited about starting a new job.I keep hearing all of these horror stories about this place. Like with all the drug dealers and getting ripped off in pay. All i can say if they ripp me off in pay i'm done. As far as the drug dealers go they are everywhere you go, but you don't have to buy, the choice is yours. Also, they even had me take a drug test for employment. This is a very good pay for the Oil City area and i'm sure going to give it a try. No matter who you are don't let other people influence your decision just go find out for yourselves.

Yeh I felt the same way because I needed a job desperately. I just listened to what people had to say but went for it anyway and they were all right. I have never worked in such a hell hole in all my life. I was amazed that people lived like that. It's full of trashy low lifes and I would never recommend it to ANYONE. Let's just hope that they've gotten a lot of straightening out done since I've been gone in the last 2 months. Best of luck to anyone that gives it a shot.

They hire ignorant trash. Drive by late at night and you'll hear them playing loud music, spinning their tires and screaming at the top of their lungs. I've never seen a place as unprofessional. I think strip clubs have a better image than that place.

I know that the above comment doesn't apply to 100% of their employees. I truly feel sorry for the intelligent people there. You deserve better! Keep applying and I'm sure you'll find something else.

As for the management there, if they allow their employees to conduct themselves like that on company property they should all be fired.
