People who have been harmed by this tragedy should get compensated. This is mass negligence and incompetence and total disregard for the safety of humans. They should pay big time. You don't dump poison in our water and get away with it. This isn't about people trying to "get paid". This is about making greedy business people who have no respect for life to pay and pay dearly. And many of them will be going to prison. Wait & see.
