Brandon L. Cantrell, 27, Sissonville, transferring and receiving stolen property, possession of stolen vehicle, fleeing with reckless indifference to the safety of others, grand larceny and conspiracy; Brandi Nicole Rose, 27, Sissonville, grand larceny, transferring and receiving stolen property and conspiracy; Joshua R. Snyder, 22, Sissonville, grand larceny, transferring and receiving stolen property and conspiracy.

It must 25 strikes and you're out for these idiots. How in the F*&K do these pieces of sh!t keep getting out of every crime they commit? It's almost like the judicial system gives them permission to steal and run amuck.

Do you not know the answer to your question? It's because people get their stolen items back and the prosecuting attorneys office never notifies the parties that were ripped off. Too bad I read the paper and will be and the hearing to put these assholes away. Thanks for asking. B

Actually, there are cases where they do contact the victims. The theft victims show up and do everything required of them thinking they will get the conviction because the idiots all but confessed and they were caught red handed with your property. Only to not be notified when it goes to trial and you find out later they copped a plea bargain and walked away without doing a minute of time. That's what really p!sses you off. They just keep getting away with every crime they commit. The laws are designed to protect the criminal not the victim....I know.

Just make sure you attend every court date and keep in touch with the detectives and the prosecutor's office. Let it be known to both that you will be. Plan on taking many days off from work because this bunch is known to skip court dates. I wish you luck. Maybe you will finally be the one to get the charges to stick and these idiots tucked in jail where they belong.
