Met an employee that works from home at WVMI. She said her name was Mendy, and she bragged about how she watched movies and TV all day while ignoring her job. The more she talked about her job, the more upset I became. WV has cut back services to people in need but they can pay worthless employees to work from home and watch TV. I'm positive this is the same woman that I've tried to call on behalf of my mom. All I get is an answering machine and no return call. Who do I contact to report her?

Assuming this is the same woman, I had problems with her too. I called many times and only received a voice mail. This company is a joke and I'm upset that I spent so long trying to get care for my mother and this woman is spending her time watching tv. When I finally spoke with her, I heard kids in the background. Very unprofessional individual! Why is my mother being without care and this woman is getting paid by the state to watch her kids? Very frustrating!

Report her to the Bureau of Medical Services 3045581700. Also a letter to governor gets quick attention with results...

There are tons of jobs that people work from home these days. There are many, many quality conrols available electronically. Have yu EVER known a "BRAGER" to be honest? But, a letter thru the ranks with more than "WVMI" might help more....What you needed, expected, and time frames for all. Add your name and number, so they can verify.

I bet most people, not all, that work from home watch a lot of TV, do housework, etc while on the clock. No facts to back it up but just my hunch.
