Date set to hear Constellium appeal about unemployment benefits
The state Unemployment Compensation Board of Review has set Feb. 13 for a hearing on Constellium's appeal of a ruling that awarded up to $1.5 million in unemployment compensation benefits to workers who went on strike last summer.

Constellium would be better served to leave well enough alone. Morale inside the plant has improved greatly from just a couple months ago. How much is this worth? Nullify the unemployment benefits and find out for yourselves.

Agree completely. Management thinks they have gained the upper hand by pillaging the factory while the union was on strike. Hourly personnel are indifferent to the child-like behavior, it was expected and discussed in depth on the picket lines. There will never be a healthy union-company relationship as long as the current "Leadership Team", as they like to call themselves, are still in place.
